Three (3) years from the creation of your user account or your last purchase after which your user account will be terminated and your information will be unidentified or deleted. Purpose

– To communicate with you and answer the questions you ask us via email, phone, chat service or Facebook.

– To ensure your identity.

– In order to establish your ordered orders (by order number or social security number).

– In order to handle your complaints, complaints and warranty matters regarding ordered / purchased goods.

Legal basis: Interest balance. Our legitimate interest in being able to market our products and services and conduct customer surveys.

Storage Time: For Active Customers: We store your personal data for marketing purposes as long as the customer relationship exists or until you request the promotion to expire, but no later than one (1) year after your most recent purchase.

For people who signed up for receipt of newsletters / market outlets: We store your personal data for marketing purposes until you request your marketing to end.

Based on the information we collect about you and your purchases as well as other customers with similar purchasing behaviour, we do an individual-level analysis. The analysis will form the basis of the targeted offers, for example within specific product categories, which you can get.
